Abouttherole: Weareseekingahighlymotivated Project Managerwithastrongengineeringbackground(preferablyelectrical, powersystems, orsimilar)toleadfront-endprojectexecutionforour EVchargingsolutions.
Therolewillberesponsibleformanagingprojectsfrominitialclientrequirementsthroughdesignvalidation, manufacturingcoordination, anddelivery, ensuringprojectsmeettechnical, quality, andschedulerequirements.
Key Responsibilities Leadandcoordinatecustomerprojectsrelatedto EVchargingproducts(ACand DC).
Actastheprimarypointofcontactbetweencustomers, suppliers, andinternalengineering/productionteams.
Translate customer requirements and specifications into technical solutions in collaboration with R&D and engineering in out HQ.
Prepareandmanageprojectscopes, schedules, budgets, andriskassessments.
Oversee product configuration, customization, and compliance with relevant electrical standards and certifications.
Coordinatewithproductionandsupplychainteamstoensuretimelymanufacturinganddelivery.
Trackprojectprogress, generatestatusreports, andprovideupdatestomanagementandcustomers.
Ensureadherencetoqualitystandards, regulatoryrequirements, andcompanypolicies.
Supportcontinuousimprovementofprojectmanagementprocessesandtools.
Collaborate with the marketing team to gather market insights and monitor trends to support future product development.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or a related technical discipline (Master’s degree preferred). 1-5 years of project management experience in electrical/electronic products, renewable energy, or EV charging solutions.
Provenabilitytomanagetechnicalprojectswithmultiplestakeholders.
Solidunderstandingofelectricalsystems, powerelectronics, and EVchargingtechnologies.
Familiaritywithindustrystandards(IEC, UL, CE, etc.)andcertificationprocesses.
Proficiencyinprojectmanagementsoftware(e. g., MSProject, Primavera, orsimilar).
Certifications(preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, orequivalentprojectmanagementcertification.
Strongcommunication, negotiation, andstakeholdermanagementskills.
Analyticalmindsetandproblem-solvingability.
