As an Air Import Specialist, you coordinate air freight import shipments from arrival through to final delivery. You keep shipments moving, ensure documentation is accurate and keep customers and partners informed throughout the process.

Your Responsibilities at Air Import Specialist:
Coordinate and monitor air import shipments from arrival to final delivery
Arrange domestic and international transport
Prepare and maintain shipment and customs-related documentation
Process and manage shipment data in our operational systems
Maintain daily contact with customers, airlines, agents, carriers and our international offices
Keep customers proactively informed about shipment status and possible delays
