We are looking for a proactive quality professional who enjoys the craft of software testing, stays up to date with modern QA practices, and helps elevate quality across projects and teams. *What you'll do* As a Senior QA Engineer / Quality Lead, you will play an important role in ensuring the quality of our software solutions while helping teams continuously improve their development and testing practices. Your responsibilities will include: * Defining, improving, and maintaining QA processes across multiple projects;

* Designing test strategies and test plans based on project risks and requirements;

* Performingfunctional, integration, regression, acceptance, exploratory, and API testing;

* Identifying risksearly and proactively preventing quality issues;

* Working closely with developers, product owners, project managers, and customers;

* Helping teams improve quality throughout the entire software development lifecycle;

* Contributing to test automation initiatives and quality tooling;

* Improving releasereadiness and deployment confidence;

What we're looking for We are looking for someone who combines strong technical testing skills with a proactive mindset and a genuine passion for software quality. *Required* * At least 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance;

* Experiencecreating test plans, test cases, and test strategies;

* Experiencewith functional, integration, regression, acceptance, and exploratory testing;

* Experiencetesting APIs and backend systems;

* Strong analyticaland problem-solving skills;

* Experienceworking in Agile/Scrum environments;

* Excellent communication skills in English;

* A proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership;

* Attention to detail combined with pragmatic decision-making. *Nice to have* * Experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar;
