XIVER is growing rapidly as a European MEMS foundry. Your challenge is to reduce quality disruptions, strengthen our processes and help us deliver consistent quality to our customers. Responsibilities

Investigate quality issues and customer complaints and identify root causes Drive corrective and preventive actions, including 8D investigations Coordinate improvement actions across teams and stakeholders, ensuring ownership and timely follow-up Monitor quality performance and translate data into clear actions Review and improve processes, guidelines and procedures Organise and maintain quality documentation, keeping procedures, instructions and records clear and up to date Contribute to product and process improvements that prevent recurring issues Work closely with production, engineering and other teams to resolve quality issues Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, customers and external parties Bring people together, challenge constructively and ensure agreed actions are completed Must-have

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quality-related field, or comparable working level Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a quality-related role Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills Accurate and organized, with a strong sense of ownership Confident communicator who can coordinate stakeholders and challenge when needed Good written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English Unrestricted right to work in the Netherlands. Experience in high-tech manufacturing or semiconductors Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA or similar improvement methods Green Belt certification or similar continuous improvement training What do we offer?
