Electrical Production Supervisor (Projects Supervisor) , you’ll coordinate electricians and subcontractors on board, ensuring that electrical installation work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. What will you do?
Plan and coordinate electrical installation work based on technical drawings and project schedules. Monitor progress, quality, safety, and productivity on the work floor. Lead, coach, and motivate electricians and subcontractors. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, commissioning specialists, clients, and suppliers. Ensure projects stay on track in terms of planning and budgeted hours. What do you bring?
An MBO-4 qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Proven experience in electrical engineering or automation projects, ideally within a technical integration environment. Maritime experience as a Lead Electrician, Chief Electrician, or in a similar supervisory role. Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a hands-on approach. Good communication skills in English. Dutch would be a plus but is not essential. A strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. What’s in it for you?
