The Role We're looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Warehouse Specialist to join our team at World Wide Technology NL. You'll be at the heart of our warehouse operations - operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), scanning and labeling product , keeping inventory accurate , and making sure everything is loaded, stored, and shipped safely and on time. You'll report to a Warehouse Supervisor and work alongside a close-knit, supportive team in a fast-paced, process-driven environment. What You'll Do Operate equipment such as Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), cranes, or box trucks safely and in line with best practices Spot bottlenecks in workflows and help streamline and simplify team processes Collaborate with teammates to roll out new ideas and drive continuous improvement Gather and analyze data to measure the impact of process changes Determine short-term production capacity for a given process or part Apply solid knowledge of receiving, shipping, and warehousing processes, and flag material flow issues to management Dig into problems by analyzing data and patterns to identify root causes Research and recommend practical solutions to resolve issues Implement solutions based on best practices and experience, escalating complex issues when needed Listen actively and communicate clearly with colleagues, asking thoughtful follow-up questions Use positive body language and attentiveness to build strong working relationships __________________________________________
