Assessbottlenecksinworkprocesseswithinteamstostreamlineandsimplifyworkflow.

Identifyareaswhereefficiencyandprocessimprovementareneededwithinownworkarea.

Applynewideasorapproachestoownworktoenhanceoutputs.

Useestablishedtoolsandtechniquestotrackprogressrelatedtoimplementingprocessimprovements.

Learnandsupporttheprocessesofreceiving,shippingandwarehousingmaterials

Collectinformationtounderstandproblemsandidentifytheirorigin.

Researcheventsandknownsolutionsforbasicorroutineproblems.

Implementprescribedstepsandensureseffectiveresolution,escalatingtroubleshootingifneeded.

Demonstrateattentionduringdiscussionsbytakingnotesandaskingclarifyingquestions.

Demonstrateawarenessofnon-verbalbehavior/cues(i.e.,bodylanguage)whenlisteningandcommunicating.

Restateandreflectbackinformationtocheckforunderstanding.

Workwithsupervisorstosetgoalsandprioritiesforindividualworkandmanagestimeefficientlytoaccomplishgoals.
