Own approximately two concurrent improvement projects, from problem definition through to measurable outcomes Identify root causes of operational inefficiencies, missed SLAs, and escalation patterns, and design solutions Track performance before and after changes to validate impact and ensure sustainability Work cross-functionally with Technology, other Service Operations teams, and external partners to implement solutions Communicate progress, risks, and blockers proactively Engage directly with clients or suppliers in complex scenarios Требования
