Solid hands‑on administration of Windows and Windows Server in a large organisation, with the surrounding Microsoft management stack Real scripting ability in PowerShell, plus configuration management tooling such as Ansible, Puppet or Chef Comfortable troubleshooting both servers and end‑user machines under time pressure Working knowledge of a virtualisation stack, and ideally containers or public cloud Professional English, and the habit of writing down what you changed Why this one is worth a look
