Producing technical network designs and turning them into working installations Installing, configuring and integrating network components, then running testing and acceptance Supporting deployment, migration and modernisation of mission-critical networks Writing network documentation, diagrams, implementation plans and configuration baselines Fault isolation, root cause analysis and performance tuning in complex environments Reporting regularly on progress, risks and next steps What you would bring
A degree in computing, networking or engineering, or equivalent experience 5 years designing, building, running and troubleshooting enterprise and deployable networks Advanced TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, Layer 2 and 3, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VLANs, QoS and VPN Deployable and expeditionary communications: setting up, running and recovering networks in the field Network security: firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC and secure remote access Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto or Fortinet hands-on, with CCNP Enterprise and JNCIP-Enterprise Why this one is worth a look
