Functional Consultant | Core Business Applications & MS Dynamics 365 Sales The Hague region | Hybrid Salary: €60,000 - €75,000 based on experience Are you a Functional Consultant, Application Manager or Business Analyst who enjoys getting close to users, understanding how a business operates and turning that into better systems, processes and support? WestPoint search are searching on behalf of a large international organisation near The Hague that is looking for a Functional Consultant to take an important role across its core business application landscape, alongside Dynamics 365 Sales. The role centres on two business-critical applications that support operational processes across the organisation. You do not need experience with these exact systems. What matters is that you have the functional mindset to learn a new application landscape, work confidently with users and take ownership of a key product area. You will work closely with an experienced Functional Consultant within the international team, building knowledge across both applications and becoming a trusted point of contact for users across the business. This is a genuinely varied role: user support, workshops, training, documentation, process improvement, functional configuration, testing and supporting smaller enhancements or rollouts. There is also exposure to Dynamics 365 Sales, particularly where commercial processes, data and integrations connect with the wider application landscape. What you will be doing:

Supporting and training key users and end users across an international organisation Building in-depth knowledge of the core business applications and becoming a key functional contact Understanding business processes and translating requirements into practical functional designs, system setups and improvements Supporting configuration, testing, UAT, releases and go-live activity Improving user documentation, ways of working and the quality of application support Assessing the impact of changes on users, processes, data and connected systems Working with technical and development teams to investigate issues and deliver enhancements Supporting the functional development of Dynamics 365 Sales where it connects to wider business processes Helping ensure reliable data flows between the core applications and commercial processes What we are looking for:

Over 2 years' experience as a Functional Consultant, Application Consultant/Manager, Business Analyst or in a customer-facing business application support role Someone who enjoys working directly with users and explaining systems or processes clearly Exposure to functional configuration, testing, documentation, UAT, releases or continuous improvement An analytical, structured and pragmatic approach to problem-solving Confidence working with different stakeholders in an international environment Strong English, written and spoken Useful, but not essential:

Experience with D365 Sales, CRM or wider Microsoft business applications Experience supporting operational, enterprise or regulated business applications Agile or DevOps ways of working What can you expect:
