Inventory management: Monitoring stock levels, checking product availability, and identifying shortages or discrepancies in a timely manner;
Order preparation: Gathering, checking, and preparing orders to ensure they are processed accurately and on time;
Email management: Managing and responding to incoming emails, and following up on and processing action items;
Telephone management: Answering and handling incoming calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate persons;
Operational point of contact: Serving as the primary point of contact for daily operational matters, answering questions, and identifying and resolving practical issues;
Administrative support: Processing and maintaining relevant data and supporting daily business operations.
