What are you going to do? As an IT & Digitalization Specialist, you’ll ensure that our digital work environment remains reliable, user-friendly, and future-oriented. You’ll support colleagues with IT-related questions, maintain an overview of our systems and applications, and coordinate with external IT partners and vendors as needed. But your role goes beyond day-to-day IT management. You actively seek out opportunities to improve and digitize the way we work. You analyze processes, identify areas for improvement, and help implement new solutions throughout the organization.
You’ll also have plenty of opportunity to engage with developments in AI, automation, and smart digital applications. You’ll translate technological possibilities into practical solutions that help colleagues work more efficiently, simply, and smartly. This is a versatile role for someone who enjoys combining IT with digital transformation and process improvement and who likes to make a visible contribution to innovation within the organization.
IT Support & Management Help colleagues with IT questions and using Microsoft 365. Manage accounts and coordinate workplace management with IT Support. Follow up on reports and monitor agreements with IT partners.
Application and Process Management Manage applications and integrations, and troubleshoot issues. Test and implement updates and new features. Creating manuals and helping colleagues learn how to use systems. Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Translating AI and automation into practical applications. Monitor improvements and assess whether they reduce manual labor.
This is you You have a higher vocational education (HBO) level of work and thinking in the field of ICT. You have experience in IT support, application management, or functional management, as well as in system implementation and information management. You're familiar with Microsoft 365 and can quickly get the hang of new applications. You are curious about new digital developments and know how to translate them into practical applications for your colleagues and business processes. You ask follow-up questions, communicate clearly, and work independently and meticulously. You are fluent in Dutch and have a professional command of English.

We offer you A versatile full-time position with room for initiative. Impact on the digital development of Wegter Brands. Education, training, and opportunities for professional development. €3,000 to €4,500 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience. Travel expense reimbursement and a pension plan.
