Job Description Quotation Desk Specialist
The objective of the Quotation Desk Specialist is to ensure a high quality of quotes globally. This specialist is responsible for checking the quality of quotes in CPQ against a pre-defined set of technical and business parameters to eliminate errors at an early stage and ensure a smooth, fast approval flow and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Quote Evaluation: Review and verify quotes against a pre-defined set of technical and business parameters.
Approval Process: Approve quotes that meet the established requirements and ensure compliance with company standards.
Feedback Provision: Offer constructive feedback to the quote originator, highlighting areas for improvement based on established guidelines.
Trend Analysis: Identify and flag general trends and areas for improvement to management for continuous process enhancement.
Departmental Feedback: Provides structured feedback to various internal teams on departmental processes, challenges, or improvements when relevant
