The main responsibilities are as follows:
Work with plant Operation team to understand the basics of the power plant and develop skills for operation, supervision and management. Work with plant maintenance team in rotation to understand the planning and the execution of maintenance management. To understand the plant safety while operating the plant. Participate in daily plant activities like reporting, scheduling the jobs etc. Understanding and participate in inventory and logistics management.
