Audit & Risk Specialist in Amsterdam

Do you want to help organisations build trust in a world of digital transformation, regulation, and change? As a Consultant in PwC’s Risk & Regulation team, you will design smarter, automated, and future-ready risk and control environments. You’ll work on challenging topics such as ERP/SAP transformations, SOx and J- SOx compliance, AI-powered control improvements, data quality, GRC tooling, and regulatory change. Are you a recent graduate eager to kickstart your career in Risk & Control transformation? You will work in a diverse team that combines deep expertise with a practical, hands-on mindset. We learn by doing, coaching each other closely and working together across disciplines. You’ll receive ongoing training and learning opportunities in a variety of sectors and assignments. Based on your academic background and interests, you will be placed in one of our Enterprise Risk & Controls Solutions sub-teams focusing on the financial sector or the commercial and public sector.

Examples of how you’ll support clients: ~ Developing, testing, imp lementing, and automating controls to establish effective internal risk management within an organization; specially in finance and ERP transformations ;

~ Performing Internal Audits ;

~ Improving data quality and automate control processes with AI solutions at our clients ;

~ In all of this, we leverage technology - including the latest in Gen erative AI - to design, more efficient risk management solutions for our client s.

Once you join our team, you’ll also start with the PwC Associate Academy. This internal academy helps ambitious new professionals get a strong start at PwC. Together with other new colleagues from various business units, you’ll develop your consulting skills , and of course, there will be plenty of opportunities for social interaction. As a junior consultant, you’ll also have the opportunity to gain international experience by working with our foreign teams on client assignments for a certain period.

You enjoy solving complex problems and are comfortable working with both people and data;

~ You’re eager to learn, want to deepen your knowledge of risk management, and aren’t afraid of a challenge;

~ You’ve completed a university Master’s degree in a Business/IT-related field, Finance, or Accountancy;

~ You’re fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
