As a showroom associate at Volero, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers looking for a new rug. You’ll take the time to listen, provide honest and tailored advice, and work with your colleagues to ensure the showroom looks neat and inviting.

Your responsibilities
You are the face of the showroom;
You listen to the customer's wishes and needs and give expert advice;
Monitoring active orders and aftersales;
You make sure customers are kept up to date on the status of their order and handle any questions or complaints professionally;
You make sure the showroom always looks neat and well kept.
What you bring
You are sociable, enthusiastic and customer-focused;
You have a feel for interiors and styling;
You like to get stuck in and enjoy working in a team;
You are available at weekends and on public holidays;
You want to work at least 32 hours per week.

Employment terms
A good salary
The salary is between €2,350 and €2,700 gross per month, based on a 37-hour working week and depending on your experience.
Holiday days
25 holiday days based on full-time employment (37 hours).

Answers to all of your questions We are looking for someone who is available 36 to 40 hours per week.
