Vistra seeks a Senior Legal Services Lawyer Private Equity to serve our largest Private Equity client portfolio in the Netherlands. You will report to the Manager Legal Services and provide a full range of corporate legal services. You will work with a tight team of legal and relationship managers to ensure high client satisfaction, tackle complex questions, and expand knowledge across portfolios. 2–4 years of relevant experience and a law degree with Dutch focus are preferred.
