You’ll tend to WhatsApp, phone and email, manage our appointment book (scheduling and rescheduling), and sell food and supplies to our clients.
You’re sharp, warm and organised, and you can stay calm when a worried owner calls.
Front desk is the heart of the role, but you’ll also work hands‑on with animals. You’ll welcome and weigh patients, take their temperature, and return surgery patients to their owners. A real love for animals is a must. Het wordt druk, so you need a good memory and the ability to handle stress. You must understand Papiamentu, and we ask for English and Dutch, spoken and written. Spanish is a welcome bonus.
