As a Project Leader in the Roermond region, you are responsible for successfully guiding and delivering various green space projects. You work on the design and construction of residential areas, business parks, schoolyards, parks, and public spaces. You ensure that projects are completed not only on time but also within budget and according to the highest quality standards.
An average workday is varied: you draw up planning schedules, monitor progress, and coach foremen and site supervisors. You maintain contact with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, identify commercial opportunities, and ensure accurate administration. You switch effortlessly between leading your team, resolving bottlenecks, and discussing progress with stakeholders.

Bachelor's level of work and thinking, preferably in a green, land management, or civil engineering field
Several years of experience as a project leader within landscaping, land management, infrastructure, or civil engineering
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong financial and organisational insight
Decisive, strong communicator, and customer-focused
Leadership qualities and organisational talent
Flexible with strong problem‑solving skills
Driving licence B
