As team leader logistics, you are the connecting link between the logistics teams, planning, production and management. You guide three logistics teams, consisting of two warehouse teams and one expedition team, and work closely with the working foremen. You monitor planning and productivity, keep an overview of incoming and outgoing goods flows and ensure efficient warehouse management and accurate stock administration. You also oversee safety, quality and a tidy workplace. You practically resolve bottlenecks in the process and report improvement points to management. You take ownership and motivate your colleagues daily to achieve the best result together. In short, a responsible position with plenty of perspective.
