As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Performance Marketing Senior Lead who will take ownership of our push marketing channels and play a key role in accelerating customer acquisition and business growth.In this position, you'll have the freedom to shape channel strategies, optimise campaigns, lead testing initiatives and work closely with internal teams and external partners to maximise performance.What you'll be doingAs our Performance Marketing Senior Lead, you'll be responsible for the performance of our paid marketing channels from end to end.
Owning the performance of our push marketing channels, including Paid Social, Display, Video, Affiliate Marketing and Email.Developing channel strategies that drive sustainable growth, lead generation and marketing efficiency.Identifying performance gaps, analysing root causes and implementing optimisation initiatives.Building testing frameworks and experimentation roadmaps to continuously improve campaign performance.Managing relationships with agencies and affiliate partners, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable results.Collaborating closely with teams across SEO, SEM, CRO, Brand and Marketing Operations to maximise overall business performance.Translating data into actionable insights and presenting clear recommendations to key stakeholders.3-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing.Strong expertise across Paid Social and other push marketing channels.A proven track record of managing and optimising performance marketing campaigns.Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive business decisions.Experience with A/B testing, experimentation and continuous optimisation.Exposure to broader commercial or business responsibilities, such as contributing to growth strategy, cross-functional initiatives or business decision-making, is considered a strong advantage.Excellent communication skills in English.
