Aerox is seeking an experienced R&D Engineer to lead the lab, own equipment, and drive concept-to-implementation projects for our GC-MS focused workflows. You will coordinate multiple R&D initiatives, collaborate with Operations and Service, and translate customer needs into robust, manufacturable solutions. You'll combine mechanical design, fabrication, and electrical know-how to improve energy efficiency and product quality.
