Functieomschrijving As a Production Worker you are responsible for your own department, where various raw materials are blended into a high-quality end product. During the first six weeks, you will be trained by an experienced colleague, after which you will work independently. Your work takes place across three floors: on the top floor, you add raw materials to the mixer, after which the mixing process starts and you package the finished product. At every stage of this process, you play a crucial role in ensuring product quality. Because you work independently, it is important that you follow all work instructions and procedures accurately. Cleaning and maintaining the machines is also part of your responsibilities.
