Monitoring:
Monitor systems during public opening hours and respond promptly to faults or irregularities.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve practical IT, AV and OT issues, escalating when support from the System Administrator or partners is needed.
Staff Support:
Provide practical help with devices and operational systems for museum staff.
Maintenance & Records:
Carry out routine maintenance, maintain incident and configuration records and follow operating procedures.
Installation & Testing:
Support testing, commissioning and improvements to installations alongside the museum team and technical partners.
Your Profile Basic to good knowledge of IP networking, including TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP and DNS. Familiarity with lighting and show control protocols such as DMX, sACN and Art-Net, and audio-over-IP such as Dante. Affinity with professional lighting, audio, video or sensor-based installations. A methodical approach to troubleshooting and finding the root cause of issues. Clear communication in Dutch and English, including under pressure. Reliable and safety-conscious, with attention to documentation and teamwork.
