You operate at the intersection of business needs and platform capabilities, ensuring that solutions are aligned with client goals and deliver measurable impact.Your primary focus is on designing and guiding solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, helping clients optimize customer journeys and business processes.You bring a strong understanding of the broader Salesforce ecosystem, with additional value in areas such as B2B Commerce, Revenue Cloud, and emerging AI capabilities like Agentforce.At Valtech, you’ll be part of a global team of innovators, strategists, and consultants.

Role responsibilitiesDefine and own end-to-end Salesforce solution designs aligned with business objectivesAct as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding CRM strategy and platform evolutionLead the design of multi-cloud Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Sales, Service, and Experience CloudFacilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and roadmap definitionTranslate business requirements into scalable, future-proof solution architecturesEnsure alignment between business processes, customer experience, and platform capabilitiesCollaborate closely with Technical Architects and delivery teams to ensure successful executionProvide governance and quality assurance across projects and programsMentor and coach team members, strengthening consulting and solution design capabilitiesSupport pre-sales and proposal development, shaping solution approaches for new opportunitiesMust have qualificationsExtensive experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect in complex environmentsStrong functional and solution design expertise across:Sales CloudService CloudExperience CloudProven ability to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutionsExperience working with and influencing senior stakeholdersStrong understanding of customer journeys, CRM processes, and digital transformationExcellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teamsConsulting mindset: structured thinking, stakeholder management, and value-driven deliveryExperience mentoring teams and leading solution design across projectsRelevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect or equivalent)Nice to have qualifications Experience with B2B Commerce and/or Revenue CloudFamiliarity with Agentforce and AI-driven service or automation use casesExposure to Data Cloud (D360) or customer data platformsExperience in multi-system landscapes and integration-heavy environmentsBig plus if you are fluent in DutchWhat sets you apartYou take a business-first approach, focusing on outcomes rather than featuresYou can simplify complexity and clearly articulate solution valueYou are confident engaging stakeholders and challenging assumptions when neededYou balance strategic thinking with pragmatic deliveryYou actively contribute to building stronger teams and better solutionsIf you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.

The benefits This is a full-time position based in Utrecht with hybrid working model.

The offered base salary range is 7500-8500 monthly, depending on experience.
