As an Injection Molding Operator , you play a key role in keeping our injection molding facility running and continuously improving. You will work with modern machines, robots, and a wide range of materials in a dynamic 24/5 production environment. Experience in injection molding is a plus, but certainly not required - motivation and a willingness to learn make the difference. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the entire machine park within ABB's injection molding department. Your main task is to monitor and produce components using injection molding machines, robots, and other peripheral equipment. No two days are the same in this dynamic organization. Your work ranges from setting up machines and changing molds to adjusting robots and performing quality checks. Additional responsibilities include:

Troubleshooting technical issues Recording production progress in SAP and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Performing (preventive) maintenance on machines This is a three-shift position , consisting of: Morning shift: 06:00 - 14:00 Afternoon/evening shift: 14:00 - 22:00 Night shift: 22:00 - 06:00 You will also receive a shift allowance of 24%.
