We are looking for an experienced
Systems Process Manager - Azure DevOps
to support the functional management, optimization, and continuous improvement of Azure DevOps within Banking Customer. Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the functional configuration of Azure DevOps based on business and stakeholder requirements. Ensure Azure DevOps supports portfolio management, reporting, and organizational processes. Analyze, document, and process change requests. Assess the impact of proposed changes and provide recommendations to the Product Owner. Design, implement, and maintain standardized processes and working methods within Azure DevOps. Support continuous improvement initiatives and change management activities. Advise stakeholders on Azure DevOps dashboards, queries, fields, and reporting capabilities. Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and user guidance. Support users in applying Agile and Scrum practices effectively. Collaborate with Product Owners, business users, and cross-functional teams. Ensure Azure DevOps remains aligned with organizational standards and evolving business needs. Promote consistent and efficient use of Azure DevOps across teams.
