About the Role We’re looking for a skilled Microsoft 365 Engineer to design, implement and support modern workplace solutions for customers. You’ll manage Microsoft 365 services and endpoints, strengthen security and governance, automate administrative tasks, and guide customers through complex technical implementations while sharing knowledge with colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement and support Microsoft 365 solutions, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams.
Manage endpoints and device compliance using Microsoft Intune.
Implement identity, access management and security policies.
Support Microsoft 365 governance, security and licensing optimisation.
Automate administrative tasks and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Deliver customer guidance, training and knowledge transfer.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, particularly Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams.
Proven experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
Good understanding of identity and access management, security baselines and compliance.
Ability to work independently and deliver complex customer implementations.
Strong troubleshooting, communication and customer-facing skills.
Preferred Skills
PowerShell scripting and automation.
Microsoft Graph API and device management automation.
Microsoft Defender and Microsoft 365 security tools.
Microsoft 365 governance and licensing optimisation.
Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft 365, Intune or Security certifications.
