As a Test Team Lead, you have the opportunity to build and shape a new testing department within a high-tech manufacturing environment. You are responsible for the daily management of the team, monitoring planning and progress, and ensuring that testing activities are carried out efficiently and in accordance with quality standards.

What will you do?
Lead a team of technical testing professionals
Contribute to establishing and further developing a new testing department
Organize daily activities and monitor planning and progress
Set priorities and ensure efficient allocation of people and resources
Coach, motivate, and develop team members
Leverage the technical expertise within the team to solve problems
Analyze testing processes and initiate improvements in quality and efficiency
Develop working methods, processes, and a clear departmental structure
Coordinate activities and improvements with Production, Engineering, and Quality
Your profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Experience leading a technical or operational team
Sufficient technical understanding to oversee processes and technical challenges at a general level
Experience with planning, progress monitoring, and process improvement
Strong coaching, motivational, and people development skills
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to establish structure within a new department
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
