As a **Warehouse Associate based in Amsterdam (Lijnden)**, you will work on a part-time basis and play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. This role requires a high level of accuracy, strong teamwork skills, and strict adherence to company procedures, as well as health and safety standards.
**Key Responsibilities*** Receive incoming deliveries and verify quantities against delivery notes;* Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report damaged or missing items to the supervisor;* Update inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) or scanners;* Pick and pack products accurately according to customer orders;* Prepare shipments with correct labels and documentation;* Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and prepare outgoing shipments for carriers;* Keep storage areas clean and organized;* Arrange products according to warehouse layout and procedures;* Use hand trucks, pallet jacks, and scanners safely and operate forklifts or other material handling equipment if certified;* Follow company health and safety policies;* Work collaboratively with warehouse staff and supervisors.
