As a 3-shift Operator, you will contribute to the production of high-quality aircraft tyres that meet the strict standards of the aviation industry. You will work with advanced machinery and ensure that the production process runs smoothly. This role combines technical skills with a hands-on approach and offers opportunities to develop your skills through internal training and collaboration within a dynamic team.
Your responsibilities:
Machine Operation: Operate and adjust machinery to ensure a safe and efficient production process.
Quality Control: Carry out inspections and quality checks to meet aviation industry standards.
Process Monitoring: Monitor the production process and quickly resolve any deviations.
Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive working environment.
Skills Development: Take part in internal training to expand your technical knowledge and improve your skills.
We are looking for an eager-to-learn Operator 3-shifts with technical insight and a hands-on approach.
At least 1 year of experience operating machinery.
Ability to communicate fluently in Dutch or English.
Physically fit and willing to work in a 3-shift rotation.
Flexible and eager to learn in a production environment.
A team player with a strong focus on quality and process improvement.
