Procurement Specialist
in
Amsterdam , you will manage the sourcing of fruit ingredients used in ice cream production. You'll work with suppliers across global markets, contribute to innovation projects, and play a key role in securing supply, controlling costs, and maintaining high quality standards.
Your responsibilities include:
Managing sourcing activities and supplier negotiations
Leading tenders and evaluating commercial proposals
Negotiating pricing, contracts, and supply agreements
Monitoring supplier performance and driving improvements
Assessing crop developments, market trends, and supply risks
Identifying savings opportunities and supporting cost reduction initiatives
Maintaining price forecasts and performance reporting
Supporting innovation projects and new product developments
Collaborating with teams across R&D, Quality, Planning, Operations, and Finance
Keeping procurement documentation, contracts, and project trackers up to date
What's in it for you?
Gross salary between €21.00 and €31.00 per hour
Full-time position of 40 hours per week
Six-month assignment with the possibility of extension
