Support proforma and commercial invoice preparation. Prepare or review packing lists and shipping documents. Evaluate Incoterms delivery terms. Collect freight and logistics quotations. Coordinate with customs brokers and carriers. Track export documentation. Monitor international deliveries. Prepare operational cost and lead-time reports. Requirements
Knowledge of international trade procedures. Good written English. Attention to documentation and operational details. Proficiency with spreadsheets and office tools. Strong planning and communication skills. Nice to have
Export operations experience. Knowledge of Incoterms 2020. Familiarity with customs and logistics procedures. Shipping experience involving Europe, the United States, or the United Kingdom. Experience exporting industrial products.
