Mediahuis is looking for an Integration Analyst – B2C to shape and support integrations across our B2C platforms, connecting business processes, applications and data flows.

Your impact. As Integration Analyst, you’ll join our central Integration Team, working closely with Integration Solution Architects and business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear functional integration requirements. You’ll bring structure to complex initiatives, ensure consistency across information models and help create reliable, future-proof integrations throughout our B2C landscape.

Your role includes.
Proactively gathering, analysing and documenting functional integration requirements, even when business processes and needs are not yet clearly defined;
Building and maintaining an end-to-end understanding of B2C business processes, applications and data flows, with a strong focus on functional requirements;
Collaborating with Solution Owners, Business Analysts, Integration Solution Architects, Domain Architects, the Integration Architect and Data Governance Lead;
Taking ownership of functional information models and their mappings to business applications, ensuring consistency and alignment with Data Governance;
Translating business needs into clear functional integration specifications, identifying dependencies, gaps and opportunities for standardisation and reuse;
Applying integration principles and patterns, including APIs, messaging, loose coupling and information modelling, without focusing on detailed technical design;
Supportingintegration delivery, functionalvalidationand second-line troubleshooting, identifying issues acrossinterconnectedapplicationsand data flows in collaborationwithtechnical teams.
We work in a hybrid environment, with at least two days per week at our Amsterdam office to collaborate closely with our B2C Project and Development teams. Candidates should be based in or willing to travel to Amsterdam.
What makes you a great fit? What’s on your CV is important but is by no means the only thing we attach importance to. You have proven experience as an Integration Analyst or Functional Analyst, preferably within a complex enterprise IT environment involving multiple interconnected applications. You combine strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work independently, challenge assumptions and bring clarity to evolving requirements. You understand integration concepts, common integration patterns, information modelling and data mappings, and know how to translate business processes into clear functional integration specifications. You’re comfortable collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders while maintaining an end-to-end perspective. Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset. Experience in B2C environments, subscription-based businesses, media or digital publishing is a plus, as is familiarity with integration platforms, API management and enterprise architecture principles.
