Responsibilities: Deal Sourcing : Identify and source potential investment opportunities in various sectors in the Netherlands, with a focus on Small or middle-market companies.
Due Diligence : Conduct thorough financial and operational due diligence on potential investment targets, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.
Financial Modeling : Create and maintain complex financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF), leveraged buyout (LBO), and other valuation models.
Deal Execution : Assist in all aspects of the deal execution process, including deal structuring, negotiation, and legal documentation.
Portfolio Management : Monitor and actively manage portfolio companies, working closely with management teams to implement value creation strategies.
Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes in the European private equity market.
