Design and implement data models with SQL in DBT Build explores and dashboards in Looker Analyze large business datasets and identify actionable insights Work with Product Managers, Developers, Marketeers, and Commercial Specialists to define and measure domain-specific metrics Monitor evolving data challenges and collaborate with Strategic Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Data Analysts to solve them Educate and empower company employees to become more self-reliant with their data needs Mentor team members with technical guidance Collaborate on the architectural evolution of the Tiqets data model and reporting framework Solve problems across Supply Acquisition, User Journey Analysis, A/B Testing, and Partner Optimization Identify KPI trends and decide with Product Owners and Business Owners what to test and do next Ensure data infrastructure and processes are robust by bridging engineering and business needs Требования:

Hands-on experience designing and implementing data models with SQL in DBT Technical or mathematical education at Bachelor’s or Master’s level 3+ Years of experience in Data Analyst roles Strong SQL skills Experience with a modern Data Warehouse such as Redshift, Snowflake, or Databricks Experience building reports with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to clearly explain concepts and actionable insights Ability to thrive in a startup/scale-up environment, adapt quickly, work independently, and take ownership Currently based in the Netherlands Nice to have: prior experience in e-commerce, hypothesis-driven A/B Testing Условия:

Salary range from €4,000 to €5,000 per month.
