You also process customer data and prepare reports, swiftly coordinating with colleagues and various departments to ensure professional and friendly customer service. You work 24 hours spread over 4 days or 32 hours spread over 5 days, with flexible start times at 07:00, 08:30, 09:00, or 09:30. Initially, you will work entirely at the office in Amersfoort for the first 1.5 weeks, after which partial remote work is possible. During busy periods, additional hours may be required. Your workday is varied, involving customer assistance, handling requests from both domestic and international clients, and administrative tasks.
