In-house traineeship Description We are currently looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join our office team on a 32-40-hour per week basis, starting immediately.
This role is to cover for colleagues who are on consecutive long-term leave.
Even after this temporary period, which will last approximately one year, we certainly see opportunities for a permanent role within our growing company.
Ideal for someone just starting out who isn't quite sure where their passion lies and wants to gain experience in a variety of areas, but also for someone who's ready for a change.

Why this is really the right thing for you
In this role, you will start as a stand-in for our Quality Officer, a position in which you will work both in the office and in the packing hall, focusing on the quality of our fresh produce and the recording and planning of shipments.
You will then gain experience within our Sales & Logistics department, focusing during the spring months on the trade and transport of our asparagus plants.
To round things off, you'll get a glimpse into our Planning Department, where we're busy around the summer planning and organising the planting of our strawberry plants.
If you're interested in all aspects of human resources, our HR officer will be happy to involve you in their work from time to time.
We're looking for: A hands-on person who is meticulous and inquisitive; A completed qualification at MBO+ or HBO level - so even if you're just starting out, you're very welcome; Proficiency in English.
