About this vacancy As a R&D Engineer Physics at TMC, you work on complex R&D challenges where physics, modelling and experimentation come together. You investigate physical behaviour, develop models and validate them through hands-on experiments.
What we expect from you
Developing physical and mathematical models
Designing, executing and analysing experiments
Validating models using measurements and experimental data
Translating complex technical problems into clear hypotheses and solutions
Working independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Taking ownership from initial investigation to validated result
What You Bring
BSc, MSc or PhD in Applied Physics, Physics
0-3 years of experience in the industry
Experience with modelling, experiments and data analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A hands‑on and curious mindset
Independent, result‑driven and proactive way of working
Strong sense of ownership
Fluent English and preferably Dutch
Willingness to work full-time on‑site at the office in Venlo
