About this vacancy As a Building Consultant at TMC Civil Engineering and Architecture, you are responsible for overseeing a variety of interesting projects. You will fully specialise in project management and property care. Your tasks include maintenance management, project management, and demolition management.
What we expect from you
Completed education in HBO Architecture
Experience in advising and managing architectural projects
Knowledge of construction processes and techniques
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
A proactive attitude and attention to detail
What you can expect from us
Open and transparent secondment model
Salary €3,200 - €5,000 gross per month
Additionally, profit sharing up to 50%
Training budget of €2,200 per year for coaching & study
