We have a flat, accessible organisation and value ownership, initiative and teamwork.Key responsibilities• Lead and develop the Planning & Logistics team, with clear roles, standards and priorities.• Act as an active member of the Site Leadership Team, jointly shaping the site’s long-term strategy, priorities and investment choices, and taking shared ownership of overall site performance.• Translate demand, capacity, materials and inventory into a realistic production plan.• Ensure materials are available and shortages are escalated and resolved quickly.• Manage the flow of goods from receipt to shipment, including warehousing, internal logistics and transport.• Maintain accurate inventory, order closure and reconciliation, while reducing obsolete and slow-moving stock.• Run daily and weekly performance reviews with clear owners and actions.• Lead the KHMS MSC roadmap and embed standards for planning, logistics, inventory and supply chain execution.• Work with Production, FSQ, Maintenance, CI/Engineering, Finance and Supply Chain to remove recurring losses and improve service, cost and cash.• Develop team capability and ownership through coaching, standard work and structured problem-solving.Key results• Safe and food-safe planning and logistics operations.• Customer service and Case Fill Rate.• Stable plans and strong Performance to Plan.• Material availability and fewer production interruptions.• Inventory accuracy, healthy stock levels and working capital.• Logistics and departmental costs within budget.• Reliable material reconciliation and reduced usage variance.• Improved KHMS MSC maturity and sustained standards.• A capable, engaged and accountable team.Working conditions• Exposure to machine noise and temperature changes in production and warehouse areas.• Personal protective equipment is required in designated areas.What you bringEducation and experienceBachelor’s or master’s level of education and thinking.• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.• At least five years of relevant manufacturing supply chain experience, including two years in a leadership role.• Experience in production planning, material planning, inventory and warehouse or logistics operations.• Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office; AI skills, data analysis and visualisation skills are an advantage.• Experience with Lean, KHMS or a similar manufacturing excellence system.• Professional proficiency in Dutch and English.Competencies• Ownership and focus on results.• Strong analytical skills and sound decision-making.• Clear, consistent communication.• Coaching leadership and team development.• Cross-functional collaboration and influence.• Enterprise mindset and the ability to balance functional priorities with the needs of the overall site.• Ability to set priorities and manage escalations.• Discipline in standardization and follow-through.• Ability to lead change at a sustainable pace. xbelvxb Location(s)UtrechtKraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes.SummaryLocation: UtrechtType: Full time
