Mechanical Service Engineer and Warehouse Lead

We design and build bio-LNG plants, supply them to customers across Europe and support them with long-term service agreements. The role
We’re looking for a hands-on mechanical professional to help us raise the standard of our service operations and our warehouse. You’ll split your time between fieldwork and desk-based tasks, with plenty of variety and room to grow. Key responsibilities
Professionalise and manage our warehouse in Zoeterwoude, including storage, inventory control and procedures Carry out, supervise and support on-site service at plants across the Netherlands Travel internationally to plant locations (currently Portugal, with Switzerland, Sweden, Norway and the UK to follow in early 2027) Perform maintenance on rotating equipment, including disassembling and reassembling valves Support the Service Manager with planning customer stops, managing SLAs and ordering parts About you
You have a good understanding of mechanical technologies and rotating equipment You’re hands-on, curious and keen to learn You’re flexible and collaborative, and happy to step outside the boundaries of your job description Dutch language skills are preferable, even at a basic level LNG experience is a plus but not essential Whether you’re an experienced engineer or an ambitious young mechanic looking to grow, we’d like to hear from you You live within reasonable driving distance of Zoeterwoude (Rotterdam, The Hague, Amsterdam or Utrecht areas) What we offer
Competitive salary of €4,800 - €5,200 per month, with a potential performance-based year-end bonus 27 days' holiday, with the option to buy up to 10 additional days Full employer‑paid pension contributions Time off in lieu for overtime €50 extra per night when working away from home Travel allowance of €0.25 per km for business travel and €0.28 per km for travel to airports and other locations A flexible working pattern of two days in the office and three days at home (site work counts as an office day) Our hiring process
