We're looking for a UI Designer with a strong eye for motion and interaction who thinks sharply, creates with ease, and delivers digital work that is ahead of the curve.
You understand design as both a system and a feeling, and you know how motion design, transitions, and micro-interactions make digital experiences feel intuitive, responsive, and alive.
You'll collaborate with developers, strategists, and other creatives on projects ranging from brand activations and animated interfaces to interactive platforms.
This is an office-based role at our Amsterdam office, where most of our collaboration happens, with room for flexibility when your work allows it.
What you'll do
Deliver high-quality UI work across branding, products, and platforms
Translate insights into clear flows, wireframes, and polished interfaces
Design intuitive interfaces for web, mobile, and, where relevant, AR/VR experiences
Experiment with AI-driven tools to streamline design and push creative outcomes
Ensure visual consistency and quality across all design deliverables
Work closely with developers and strategists to bring concepts into production
Stay ahead of trends and new tools, translating them into fresh design concepts
Contribute to creative pitches and proposals with design thinking and visuals

You have a strong creative vision and a sharp eye for detail
You thrive in fast-moving digital environments
You are curious about new technologies and AI-driven design workflows
You think from the user's perspective and turn strategy into visually convincing solutions
You enjoy working collaboratively and communicate ideas clearly
What you bring Must-haves
Solid experience in digital design (UX/UI, Figma, Adobe, motion, and design fundamentals)
Experience working in a digital agency or similar creative environment
A proven track record in 2D UI animation and interactive motion, creating digital experiences that make interfaces more intuitive, engaging, and memorable
A strong portfolio that shows your UI and motion work
Familiarity with AI tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, Claude, and others
Nice to have
Experience with creative pitches or client presentations
Recognition through awards or standout projects
Interest in storytelling and branding, and in mentoring others
Familiarity with AR/VR user interface design
Ability to work in Dutch
