As a technician within one of the production departments, you will work in a dynamic cleanroom environment. You solve malfunctions in both electrical and mechanical components and combine technical knowledge with problem-solving skills. Together with operators, engineers and other colleagues, you will work on high equipment availability and optimal process results. The factory in Nijmegen, which employs more than 800 people, is one of the largest chip factories in Europe and produces more than 15 billion advanced chips annually, mainly for the automotive and mobile phone industry.
About the Role Responsibilities You are responsible for solving malfunctions in electrical and mechanical parts of our machines. Preventive maintenance is also part of your duties. The execution of the work will be carried out according to procedures, flow diagrams or checklists where possible with the aim of high availability of machines and equipment. Qualifications MBO technology (electrical, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, metalektro) at WEB 4 level
Required Skills This position is suitable for a starter or someone with between 1-5 years of work experience, willing to work on a 5-shift scheme. You have a passion for technology and you want to learn and develop yourself further in a High Tech company. You are a team player. You are flexible and like to work in shifts.
