As a Logistics Coordinator Air & Sea, you are responsible for organizing and coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments via air and sea freight. You act as a key point of contact between clients, carriers, suppliers, and internal departments, ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries. Your responsibilities as Logistics Coordinator:
Planning, organizing, and monitoring import and export shipments (air and sea); Maintaining communication with clients, carriers, and suppliers; Processing shipments in the system and ensuring accurate administration; Monitoring delivery timelines and reporting discrepancies; Coordinating customs documentation and transport paperwork; Proactively resolving logistical challenges and delays. Job Requirements
MBO-level education or higher, preferably in logistics or supply chain; Experience with air and/or sea freight is a strong plus; Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken; Self-motivated, accurate, and able to perform under pressure; Familiarity with logistics systems and administrative procedures; Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
