As a Lead Mechanical Technician (W) , you will be responsible for guiding and supervising technicians on our various projects in commercial and residential construction.
You will actively work on-site, ensuring that mechanical installations are completed expertly and on schedule.
You are a true all-rounder: from plumbing to installing sanitary facilities, heating systems, air handling units, and cooling systems.
You know how to motivate colleagues, keep an overview on-site, and serve as the main point of contact for both your team and the client.
What do you bring?
A completed education in installation technology Proven experience as an independent and/or lead technician Possession of a VCA-VOL safety certificate or willingness to obtain one Driver’s license B (E is a plus) Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented attitude Professional appearance, customer-friendly, and strong communication skills Leadership abilities with the capacity to guide and motivate colleagues What do we offer you?
