7+ Years of professional experience as a mobile engineer and at least 2+ years in leadership roles Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders Proven experience managing engineering teams as a people manager, ideally in a fast-moving product company Strong technical background in iOS, Android, or cross-platform mobile development, with sound judgment on architecture decisions Comfortable with ambiguity and able to set direction without waiting for perfect information Условия:
