Want to gain relevant work experience alongside your studies at a technical steel company? For a steel company in Gorinchem we are looking for a working student who optimises and automates administrative processes with Python and AI. You will analyse information flows, automate document processes and set up SharePoint environments (internal and external, including towards ISI). You will also work on AI implementations such as AI agents and Copilot to make administrative tasks more efficient. Your tasks include:
Weekly internal QC reports Order entry and verification (four-eyes principle) Certificate management towards ISI Supporting documentation for invoicing Preparing deliverables towards ISI Writing up agendas and minutes (with AI support where applicable) Documenting and optimising procedures Developing scripts to generate documents automatically Optimising administrative processes Work location
You work in a hybrid setup mostly on-site at the office in Gorinchem and occasionally from home. Being present on the work floor matters you sit close to the processes and colleagues you support and automate. Work period
