Transfer Pricing Specialist (2-5 years of experience) Are you looking to work on complex international transfer pricing projects in a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial environment? At Taxture, you will advise multinational enterprises on a wide range of transfer pricing matters while working closely with colleagues across the Andersen Global network.
As a Transfer Pricing Specialist, you will combine technical transfer pricing work with direct client interaction and gain exposure to financial transactions, valuations, and international transfer pricing projects. You will take ownership of your own workstreams and play an active role in the continued growth of our transfer pricing practice.
What will you do?
Prepare transfer pricing documentation, including Master Files, Local Files, other transfer pricing reports, and intercompany agreements.
Perform benchmarking studies, financial analyses, and economic assessments to support transfer pricing positions and business decisions.
Advise clients on the remuneration of group companies, management fees, service arrangements, distribution structures, and manufacturing models.
Support transfer pricing matters relating to financial transactions, including intercompany loans, guarantees, cash pooling, and treasury arrangements.
Analyze business operations, value chains, functions, assets, and risks within international groups.
Assist clients during tax audits and support APA (Advance Pricing Agreement) and MAP (Mutual Agreement Procedure) processes.
Prepare memoranda, opinions, and practical advice for Dutch and international clients across a broad range of industries.
Contribute to valuation-related projects.
Collaborate regularly with colleagues from the Andersen Global network on international transfer pricing matters and cross-border engagements.
Who are we looking for?
2 to 5 years of dedicated transfer pricing experience within a consulting or in-house transfer pricing environment.
A completed master's degree in Tax Economics, Tax Law, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting financial statements and business information.
A structured, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
Dutch is considered an advantage but is not required.
A proactive and entrepreneurial attitude, with the ambition to develop professionally and contribute to the growth of a rapidly expanding practice.
The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team environment.
